HIE proces/sources in the UK

Lucky WJ: $7 per roll for HIE in The Netherlands.  In the UK (Cambridge)
the best I can manage from the local suppliers is UKP 8.50 - almost
double the what WJ is paying!  Does anyone know of places in the UK
where one can buy HIE at slightly more pocket-friendly prices?
