Re my lith printing book,
Just to let those concerned know, books have been despatched today for all
your orders received to date from outside the UK. I hope they arrive for
Christmas, 2 weeks by air mail should be OK I hope. I will send out others
as orders arrive.
UK orders will go out on Monday
I hope my publisher will post some of the press reviews next week on the
amazon.co.ok site
