- Personal history of photography:    Started photography during my teens(I'm 39 yrs. old now) and stopped when I entered the world of advertising. Just enrolled in the home study course of the New York Institute of Photography and enjoying it. I'm actually rediscovering my first love!

- Preferred subjects:    Nature (close-ups), people (though I think I have to practice more on this subject), ordinary/everyday objects

- Materials (film, filters, paper, chemistry):    Kodak TCN400, Tri-X, Kodak's transparency films; I'm not using filters that much at the moment but I plan to.

- Format (35mm/medium format/large format):    35mm

- Other strange hobbies:    Riding my Vespa Scooter (if you can call that strange) with my camera, of course.

- Expand on anything photographic you like: I didn't have the remotest idea about IR films but when I saw an IR print recently -- boy! It was love at first sight. From that moment on I promised myself to pursue this emotion-filled and beautiful medium of image creation. And that's why I'm here.
