Not much of Light Impressions in general, for what it's worth. Back in the
early '90s when I was in grad school at Rochester, they were very good. Then
about three or four years ago I called to order a portfolio case for a very
important meeting with a curator. The operator promised the case was in stock
and it would ship and arrive on a specific date, which I paid a premium for.
Well the day arrived and no case! So I called Light Impressions and it turned
out the case was never even in stock and was back-ordered!! All they could say
was "Well, how many times have you ordered from us? We've never made a mistake
before...." 
	Since then I get all of my archival supplies from Gaylord in Syracuse N.Y.
