Ilford SFX 120 & personnal info

I just bought some Ilford SFX 120 film and would like to know for what ISO
I should set my camera. I'll use a Tiffen 25 Red filter.

Also is using a #29 red filter making a big difference? I've never used any
infra-red film before.

Here's some info about me:

- Name:  Jean-Francois Neron, M.Sc.

- Profession/Study:  I presently work as a photographer for the Canadian
Army in a Defence research center but my formation is in exercise
physiology. I poresently do a Ph.D. degree in this discipline.

- Country: Quebec city, CANADA (but I was in Perth, Australia the past 6
months)

- Personal history of photography: Lot of concerts (Pink Floyd on tour,
local blues shows), weddings (freelance), and photojournalism (local
newspaper and 2-3 magazines). I've also done some commercial assigments for
catalogs.

- Preferred subjects: stereo photography (2D is boring compared to 3D!!). I
use slide for this and a small 3$ viewer sold by Reel3D.

- Materials (film, filters, paper, chemistry):  I use FuJi 800 ASA a lot
for photojournalism. I do only B&W stuff in the darkroom, we use a lab for
color.

- Format (35mm/medium format/large format): Medium --> Mamiya
6MF/RB67/Mamiya 645;  35mm --> Minolta X700, TDC Stereo Vivid, TDC stereo
Colorist II

- Other strange hobbies:  aquariophily (fish breeding!), scuba diving, I
collect Pink Floyd bootlegs also!

I just started photographing weddings in stereo. It become very very
popular, you must try this if you want to increase your business!!
