Is EIR, color IR film available in bulk?

bit much. unless Kodak dropped the minimum requirement."

I was not aware that kodak offered discounts if you purchased 33 or
more rolls of their color IR film, EIR, how much of a discount are we
talking about?  The current cost of this film is about $18 US dollars
a roll so any amount of savings would help.
