It's difficult to compare it with the other two, but the "infrared
effects" will be a bit more muted.  Grain will be less than Kodak, more
than Konica.

Best is to look at the results from each (I've got examples of Kodak and
Konica on my newly-redesigned Web page) and decide which matches what
you're look for.  Shoot a couple of rolls of each and decide which fits
your vision.
