TMax developer is probably the absolutely worst choice one could make for
Konica IR.  Even the massive film/dev chart on my Web page (look under
Miscellaneous Articles) doesn't have any suggestions.

Best is to put the film in the freezer and wait until some Rodinal (or at
least D76) is obtained.
