My most pleasing results are at 200, 320, 400.  It can vary, so I recommend
bracketing around this amount. (But, then I am taking these pictures in sunny
southern California.) A slightly underexposed one is better than overexposed
(as is usual with slide film).

Yes, definitely deep orange will give the best effect.  

Someone mentioned paying a fee for the processing.  If you live in a major
metro area, or even a place that caters to a lot of photographers, you should
find someplace that is used to this and does not consider it a special
request.  I used a place that caters to big commercial clients so I was
probably unusual only in that I brought in just one roll at a time.

Have fun, it's cool stuff - I just wish it was cheaper.
