While B&H is an excellent (usually the least expensive) source for most
products, they are NOT an authorized Kodak dealer (I've spoken to Kodak on
numerous ocassions about this). They buy their Kodak supplies on the grey
market. 

What does this mean to us? Well Kodak will not replace any Kodak product that
you purchase from B&H. If you buy from one of their "authorized" dealers and
you have a problem with the product they might replace it.

(NB I had this problem with some Kodak paper that had a manufacturing problem.
When I told them that I might have bought it from B&H, the representative told
me that there was nothing they could do because B&H wasn't an authorized
vendor. Luckily I found the receipt and I had bought the paper from another
vendor. I sent the paper, a copy of my receipt, and my prints to Kodak and
they sent me a replacement box of paper.End of story and a happy Kodak customer.)
