This is true, but you can also buy film that is not grey market from 
B+H,  they usually list both prices on film.  Although it isn't true on 
paper.  And in either case kodak will not remiediate your problem.

It is worth saying that grey market film is film that is marked for 
international sale and is often shiped back and forth in conditions 
that can't be quality controlled by Kodak, thats the only difference, 
unless Kodak itself has decided to sell inferior product for 
international sale
