Gary,
While there are "tube" filters available for fluorescent lights in the
print darkroom, I might hesitate installing fluorescent light in a
"film-loading/unloading" darkroom since the tubes continue to emit
non-visible radiation for a few minutes after they have been turned off.
If you "must", then be prepared to wait until the tubes have cooled down to
ambient temperature before "exposing" the undeveloped film.

Been there, done that, bought the T-shirt and wore it out!
