Virus warning, a real one this time

Okay dudes, every now and then we come up with a real virus warning.
We're on top of it and I don't think it'll affect our list but.....

You may receive an email with this subject: 

> Subject: "Important message from <SOMEONE YOU KNOW>."

and contains an attached MS Word document called "list.doc" 

You should delete the message immediately without opening the Word 
document. Opening the document will cause Word to execute some macros
and thereby spread the email virus. Apparently the virus only affects 
PCs where MS Outlook is installed. The NOC has taken some measures to 
delete the emails from our internal mail relay machines and prevent any
reaching our 80sCOOL list.

Keep in mind that if you do receive one of these messages, it has come
from someone you know and they are infected. We encourage you to contact
any users from which you have received such a message.
