#25 vs. 87 or 87c

I have shot about 10 rolls of HIE with a #25 red filter. I have not been
able to find a "deal" on 87 or 87c filter material yet, so I keep using
the 25. What I was wondering is this:  Do any of you have examples of
the same scene shot with both a 25 and an 87 filter? If the effect is
drastically more intense, I may bite the bullet and buy a true IR
filter....if it's not, I will keep right on using the 25 and save my
money. I would really like to see an example of this, but I haven't seen
any on anyone's site yet.

I thank you all for sharing your knowledge and helping me get my start
in IR photography...
