Rotary processing

I have been processing 70mm IR in a Nikkor tank for some time now using
the inversion method of agitation.  Because of the streaking problem
from sprocket holes I would like to switch to rotary processing using a
motor base I built.   Is there a formula for determining the new
development time for the rotary agitation?  Does anyone have any
practical suggestions regarding this?
