Jim,
Had the same experience with a Koni-Omega Rapid going transatlantic through
Heathrow - my guess was that the security chap was a camera buff though and
just wanted to have a look at it. Mounted a couple of lenses and had a
long chat about the camera and the quality of the optics - was having a
great time until I was reminded that our flight was boarding :-)
