Nikon FG

I have some concerns about something. I just bought a Nikon FG with an
MD-E winder and an MF-15 date back. My questions is, is the MF-15 safe
for HIE film? I am planning on using this body ONLY for IR, using a BTR
filter setup. Also, I currently own an N60 that I have been using for
IR. With the FG, will there be no frame numbers indicated on the negs
unless I use the MF-15? This is my understanding.... if somewhat
limited!
