Re: Kiev 60 and 30mm lens

The Kiev 60 and 30mm fisheye are an incredible value. No, they certainly
will not equal something like a Hassy 503CW and 30mm T*, but for the money
the Kiev is hard to beat.
Typically the Kiev lenses are sharp, sturdy but prone to flare. This can be
especially problematic with the fish eye because it will find the sun often.
The careful shooter that is aware of the Kive shortcomings can create images
on par with anything out there. If the camera breaks, it's probably not
worth fixing. A new Kiev 60 body is probably less than a repair on almost
any other camera.
