Welcome to the list Sherri,

I myself, just graduated from college a year ago, an a
paper engineer (my mom told me I should of been an
electrical engineer, because everyone uses
electricity, as if everyone doesn't use paper!)
Anyways, Sounds like you picked a cool portfoilio
topic, although I think it's a bit broad.

I saw that you like color photography. Have you ever
tried Kodak's color IR film? It's one of my
favorites. Unfortunately it's not available in 4x5,
but it is available in 70mm for a decent price, around
$200, a 100 foot roll. A very good price considering
the 35mm casettes cost about $20 a roll.

IF you got a graflox 70mm back for your 4x5 camera you
could shoot the stuff, also Kodak B&W IR film comes in
70mm spools so you could use that too.

I bought a complete 70mm processing kit on Ebay that
came with one of these backs. I really don't have any
use for it, but I think I'll make a pinhole camera out
of it since I dont' have a 4x5.

Again Welcome
Peace Rolland
