Hello... I'm new!

Hello everyone!   I'm really new at a lot of this stuff so I thought it would 
be great to join this list!   Anyway...  here's that bio that was requested!  
 

 - Name:  Holly Gollnick
 
 - Profession/Study:  Computer Science/Programming  at Cal State U at 
Fullerton
 
 - Country: USA
 
 - Personal history of photography:  I just do it as a hobby...  nothing 
published or anything... just for fun!
 
 - Preferred subjects:  I love taking pictures of sunsets, roses, cemetaries 
(who doesn't?) old churches or missions, statues and sculpture (especially in 
black and white!), different forms of water like ripples or waves...  
 
 - Materials (film, filters, paper, chemistry):  As far as infra red goes... 
I've only used the Kodak Ektachrome E-6 and a black and white...  I also use 
regular color, regular black and white, and I have my handy digital camera 
too  ;-)
 
 - Format (35mm/medium format/large format): I'm not familiar with other 
types than 35mm because I still have a regular old 35mm...  I have a 
pseudo-panoramic option on it so I do that a lot of the time too...  I'm 
really new at all of the out of the ordinary so far!
 
 - Other strange hobbies:  strange?  well...  I guess swordfighting is 
strange nowadays and I love to do that!  ;-)
 
 - How did you find out about this list:  I went to the Gallery site

I just got my scanner hooked up so I'm going to make a site for infra red 
pictures I've taken in the next month!  So I'll let you know!
 
 - Expand on anything photographic you like:  I just like to catch nature at 
its perfect moments most of the time!  The things that will never be that 
exact way ever again.. like the sunsets on the ocean out here in CA!
