I use a Philips PCA2060, which I bought second-hand in mint condition
for UKP 55.  Nothing wrong with it as an analyser, providing (like any
meter) you interpret the results it gives rather than taking them as
gospel truth. 

I've found it a very good way of getting a starting density and
filtration from an unknown negative, but all the fine tuning is done by
a combination of eye and the (invaluable) Kodak colour filter kit.  You
can still get the Philips analysers new, but I suspect they are a
horrendous price.
