Importing HIE

Has anyone ordered HIE in the US from the UK or Europe?   Is it any cheaper?
I've been thinking about clubbing together with a few colleagues and getting
a bulk order, but only if it is cost effective. I'm also a bit worried about
any potential hazards with X-rays.

Any experience would be greatfully received.
