Problems fixed in my homepage

Hi, George, 

Thanks so much for your such detailed description of my web problems, which
I just fixed and it should be OK now. 

1. I turned off the Java applet, only left a small one as web map.
2. I corrected the links you mentioned.
3. I corrected those little boxes which you think are Chinese characters.
Acturally they are caused by the fact that I was working with a Chinse
system software open in the background. So, when I press "enter", a little
box was left on the page. There was no way I could find this problem,
neither did those viewers using Chinese system software. Thank you very
much, George. 

Please let me know if you still encounter any problems. I really appreciate
your kindness.
