filters

anyone know of a good source for filters (online or mailorder), including
the infrared filters.  Even better if they have the Gel filters either 3x3
or 4x4.  Also I need gel holders.  I have been looking in the shutterbug and
on the internet.  either they are asking too much, or when I say 87c filter
they say "duh.. what??"

Also has anyone experimented with putting IR filters on photo strobes,
flashes, or even flashlights...  I guess it is hit and miss, but sounds like
the perfect "night" photography...  How would it work with the EIR film..
would it be B&W or that "virtual" color.
