Siri,
That is due to variuos pigments/dyes having a diferent IR reflectance.
Although they may reflect Visable light at the same wavelength their IR
properties can be very diffrent.
This is true for most pigments/dyes but with EIR it is most noticable with
the Blues and Greens.

Weird thing - when my (blue) mobile phone was shot with IE (w/4Y
filtration)/developped E-4 it turned out red.....
