Rolland: Looking at the B&H ads, they have 3 film "grades" for
Kodak. There is "imported" (from European countries), and "USA"
(made in USA, but does not qualify for Pro-Rewards) and "USA-R"
(made in USA and qualifies for Pro-Rewards where applicable).
They are admiting that the imported is coming from offshore, but
are definitely implying that the "USA" is legitimate Kodak USA
film. Where are you getting your information? I have bought
Kodak film on ocassion from B&H (not recently, though), and it
was definitely USA issue film. On the other hand, Calumet is
very proud of the fact that all their Kodak stock is genuine USA
film, bought from Rochester.
