I would highly recommend that you not write your page to work best under a
1024x768 resolution.  Less than a quarter of the people likely to view your page
will be able to see it properly.

Seven frames on the page slows things down considerably, as does the plethora of
thumbnails within only two frames.  I would recommend lessening the frame
structure, not have anything that maddeningly flashes, and devote more space to
displaying your images, which are certainly worth more space than just a single
frame.  I like the images, but devoting only a single frame lessens the impact
they should otherwise have.

Additionally, Netscape has no clue as to how to deal with your images. 
Displaying the image within one of the frames does not work with Netscape, as it
asks if you would like to download the object.  This may be an unfortunate
aspect of using Front Page, but if left this way, you will be cutting out the
25% of Netscape users.
