Did you know that all domestic Kodak film is shipped in unrefrigerated
trucks? If it is re-shipped to the U.S. in the unpressurized cargo holds
of aircraft it stays pretty cold! A couple of years ago I bought about
100 rolls of Tmax 400 120 film from B&H-grey market to take along to
Italy. There were absolutely no problems, and I would not hesitate to do
it again.
However not all grey market films are made in the U.S.A., Kodak Ltd. of
the U.K. has a license to produce most popular emulsions and have been
doing so for a long while. Those are usually marked "Made in the E.C."
