I totally agree with you George.. at first I had them 100x100 but then you 
couldn't even tell what they were...  it really looked bad ...   on my 
regular color photos I've always used 100x100 but like I said, with these, 
its hard to tell what they are in that form and since there are so many, 
people will only want to click on the ones that look interesting right?
If you really think it discourages the wait, I'll put it back to 100x100...
