Re: 70 mm. reels

In the Digest #255, Ron Aavang gave a website and price for 70 mm reels.  I 
immediately contacted them, placed an order, and now have to fine 70 mm reels 
sitting in front of me - $7.50 each, plus shipping (UPS is ok).  They're 
about 6 1/4 inches in diameter and 3 1/4 inches tall (metriphiles will have 
to convert).  I will have to make a clip for the center attachment but that 
should be no  problem.  I gave up trying to feed film into the real from the 
outside when I went to 120 from 35mm.

I ordered them assembled (no difference in price vs. non-assembled) to be 
assured that the tolerances would be right.  It look like I've  overcome 
another hurdle on my way to 70 mm.-land.  (Now, if I can only figure out how 
to load and set this $195  back for my Hassy, which I got from Jack's.  It 
looks fine and the price was certainly right.  We'll see how the felt light 
trap holds up this summer.)
