Could you please pass on this rule to Mssr. Gates. Those of us
using Outlook have the formatting exactly the opposite of what
you want us to use. Honestly, this makes more sense to me
anyway, as quite often if you are following a thread, you
already know what is in the first message(s), so don't really
need to re read them.
