Rodinal, as I'm sure you know, can be used at a number of dilutions, and
works wonderfully with slower films.  Technidol is specifically designed for
slow films (like Tech Pan) and should work well with Konica IR when shot
slow.  The only problem I have with Technidol is its cost, which is why I
use Rodinal to develop TP in the medium and large formats.  However, an
additional cost to ensure the results you slaved over to shoot is normally
inconsequential.
