Kodak HIE/HSI and flash bulbs

You might could estimate the EI by comparing the color temperature of the
sources and mapping a sliding ratio from one end of the scale to the other.
My 1975 Photoguide shows aluminum clear flash at 3800K, zirconium clear
flash at 4200, blue flash at 5500K ( this could skew things as the blue
filter may not affect the IR output), electronic flash at around 6000K, 100
watt bulb at 2900K, Photolamp at 3400K. Anyone know if the spectrum of
heated aluminum or zirconium is non linear as far as IR?
We know the tungsten bulbs have twice the IR as visible so that gives us an
approximate start for one end and the other is one to one. Hopefully the
flashbulbs will fall on the line in between and allow a calculation for the
guide numbers.
