I just checked out 
http://www.pauck.de/archive/mailinglist/infrared/mhonarc/idx_date1.html
which is the new IR archives.  Marco Pauck did a great job putting together 
this site and I'd encourage people to check out this site before they ask a 
question to the list.  It's not that I don't like getting IR email's it's 
just that most of the time the answer has already been given, you just have 
to look for it.  And with this new archive looking for the answer has become 
pretty easy.

Maybe Marco could add a search function? That would be extra cool.
