I believe the newest info sheet included with rolls of HIE states that
the time for D-76 @ 68 degrees is 8 minutes or so. I usually underexpose
my negs just a little in order to acheive decent shutter speeds, and I
develop in D-76 @ 68 for 10 minutes, and have been getting good results
lately. Take it for what it's worth!
