Well I can tell you one thing, the neon tubes will not record through an
opaque IR filter. Maybe a red filter will show some. It's like with
flourescent, its a discontinuous spectrum emission. The incadescent lights
will work fine, with high IR output to the visible. And the whole thing is
a scientific wild assed guess for exposure. If I were you I'd try EIR while
you are at it, you would miss less of the lighting like that.
