I use a Wisner 4x5 pocket expedition and have a IR proof bellows made by 
Wisner. I've had no problems with fogging. Perhaps you should test the 
bellows. Is it new? have you used it before? Sometimes the problem is with 
the handling of the film or the film holders. Good luck'
