70mm bulk loaders and developing tanks

Hi folks.  There has been some discussion lately of 70mm handling issues.  
As a complete neophyte to 70mm, I have some questions I hope folks can 
answer.  I just bought a 70mm back for my XL which uses cassettes.  What are 
opinions on what type of film loader is best for Kodak HIE and cassettes?  
Is it possible/practical to load by hand?  How about developing tanks?  Your 
help is appreciated.

BTW, if there are other Graflex XL users out there, send me a note.  I am 
manufactuing replica focus collars for the camera, and making a new batch 
this week or next.
