RE: Halation

George,
HIE has a polyester base.. a base which will allow light to "pipe" down
along the length of the film from a cut end. As such, adding an
antihalation layer to the film would not eliminate the problems. It "might"
have an affect on reducing the "glow" that we have learned to appreciate.
