Karin,
I've heard unkind things about the Calumet... but I think it's all hearsay
as it's of similar material to the Photoflex tent that is known to not be
light tight, much less IR tight.
I can heartily recommend the "Shadow Box" from Visual Departures. I called
them before purchasing it, and they had tested it for IR film during the
design process, and promised my money back if it leaked... no questions
asked. It's a tent-style bag, and I use it for everything from putting my
70mm HIE into cartridges to loading it into the Jobo reels/tank, and they
have 3 different sizes:
22x22 inch working space @ 15 inches high
30x30 @ 20 inches high
30x40 @ 21 inches high for working with motion picture magazines.
I've got the small one, and love it for most everything I do at home, and
have packed it along on vacations for use in the hotel room (I use a
generic for loading the camera in the field) Give 'em a ring at 800-628-2003
Cheers,
D.
