You want a ballpark figure? I would suggest that you could use your flash and
determine the aperture needed as if you were using a film with a speed of 25 or
12 assuming you taped a Wratten 87C filter over the flash.
Essentiually you can assume that the flash outs out daylight quality
illumination. Just remember that this is a ballpark, approximate, figure!!!
