I have the smaller Kalt bag (now I wish it was bigger). It appears to be IR proof, but I haven't done any formal testing.

Mine came in a blister pack from a local camera store (I bought it when they were going out of business). I'm not suprised you can't find Kalt on the net. Kalt strikes me as the "non name-brand" company that offers cheap, generic products (ripe for a large markup) to camera stores.

I called my local Kit's Camera (aka Ritz) in the mall thinking I've seen Kalt branded accessories there -- I guess I'm wrong. Maybe I'm thinking of pre-Ritz buyout.

I'd suggest calling the "less profesional" shops and photofinishers in your area and ask if they carry Kalt. Maybe someone can order one in for you.
