When I was doing my testing, I developed HIE as exposed at EI 250 when
metered through a #25 filter with D76 1+1 70F 10 min.  When exposed EI 125
my time went to 8 1/3 min, EI 60 7 min, and EI 500 12 min.  As your starting
point for development is different from mine, you may wish to adjust your
starting points accordingly, and always test.
