New memberīs introduction

Hi there!

After reading this list for a while it is time to introduce myself, I
guess.

Name: Martin Gebhardt

Profession/Study: I think they call it "IT Consultant"

Country: Germany

Personal history of photography: Iīve been interested in photography for
about all my life, but started doing it seriously about one year ago.
And since I saw this book about loving couples by Joe Gantz (German
title: "Liebes-Paare") infrared photography became very fascinating to
me, mainly because of the soft skin tones.

Preferred subjects: Everything I like to look at, e.g. landscapes, sky,
interesting buildings, animals, people with and without clothes. 

Materials: Fuji Superia, Kodak Portra NC, but I do more and more b&w,
mainly on Ilford film. Developing myself will follow soon. (I just did
my first prints last week.)

Format: 35mm with Nikon equipment

Other strange hobbies: bicycle riding, fencing

How did you find out about this list: Reading everything about IR
photography I could find on the web.
