quick question.. Developing Kodak IR...

I always go by the times on the little info sheet inside the box of Kodak 
35mm HIE... but this time I'm on my last roll and I lost the little sheet!  
Can someone look at one of theirs and tell me the exact time they say for 
D-76 with no dilution @ 68 degrees F  /20 Celsius?  I'd really appreciate it  
;-)  I learned my lesson to write it down next time!  Only one person needs 
to answer by the way!
