I don't want to start that discussion from the Yahoo Infrared club
(http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/infraredvisionsanddreamscapes) about the
"right" dev. time again, but... ;-)
The "Massive Dev Chart" (http://www.digitaltruth.com) recommends 11 min.
at 20°C / 68 F. So do Laurie White and Joe Paduano in their Infrared
photography books. ;-)
If you follow Kodak's exposure instructions, IMO 8,5 min. with D-76 are
definitely too short. Don't know why they give this recommendation -
AFAIK the other dev. times on the info sheet (e.g. for XTOL) are
"correct".
