I'm taking up some bandwidth to remind people to NEVER forward any internet
petitions. This is a really bad way to send a petitition. 

1) They usually aren't dated and are often way out of date.
2) They lack credibility because there is no way to verify the "signatures"
3) If GENUINE, the people who start them don't know what they are getting into
and get thousands of replies and get their mailboxes cut off by furious providers.
4) If NOT GENUINE, you're really wasting bandwidth and giving some pathetic
soul a sad cheap laugh.
5) How can you really be sure how your name is being used once you've sent it
off to cyberspace (anyone can cut and paste).

If I had more time I could come up with a dozen more reasons.  Other good
