Konica Short Dated FIlm

I was just wondering if anyone has had experience with Short Dated Konica
film.  B&H has a heap of Infrared Konica that will expire in March of this
year.

Is it worth buying it (at $1 less per roll) if I am planning on burning it
(in camera) in March and April?

What will happen to the image if shot in March, kept in a backpack in SE
Asia for two months and finally, processed back in the US in May?
