I use the program 'filter', which is part of the elm distribution, I
think, to group messages from ~25 different mailing lists.  Other
people use 'procmail' and there are surely other options available.
Try 'man filter', 'man procmail', or check with your administrator.
Unix and its variants have far more tools available for this sort of
thing than Windows does.
