The Gossen Luna-Pro digital (at least the F version) is in fact
infrared-sensitive. You could cut out a 16mm x 33mm strip of exposed and
developed E6 film, fold it in half and insert it next to the dome for
incident-light metering. This should work as a filter that you can slide on
top of the light opening when needed, giving you quite good reflected-light
IR metering once you have established the proper correction factor. (I only
tried this on my meter after seeing your post, so I cannot comment on using
this setup in practice. Not being able to do incident-ligt metering for IR
is of course a limitation, but probably not a severe one.)
